Medical News Motorists shouldn’t access apps constantly while driving, says neurologist Distracted driving is a growing danger on Singapore's roads, with phone use behind the wheel emerging as a serious concern. Associate Consultant Andrew Lee from the National Neuroscience Institute warned that every screen in a vehicle competes for a driver's attention, and that accessing apps while driving is particularly dangerous, especially when split-second decisions on the road are constantly required.
